Description
Summary:PT Robo Marine Indonesia (Robomarine) is a company which engaged in manufacturing unmanned submarines since 2009. As the Robomarine business grows, more and more projects or requests for products and services are provided by the company. Some of these projects require ISO certification so company cannot fulfill them. Robomarine's previous partners also began to require that companies implement a quality management system. To maintain relationships with partners and attract more customers, PT Robo Marine Indonesia wants to implement a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015. The implementation of a quality management system is one of the company's initial steps in realizing the desire to export products in the next five years and realizing the company's third vision, Robomarine International. This research is intended to assist PT Robo Marine Indonesia in designing its quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 guidelines. The design starts with processing and analyzing the data by identifying the fulfillment of ISO 9001:2015 clauses both in-process and document. The results of data processing and analysis show that PT Robo Marine Indonesia needs to make improvements on its business processes that do not meet 12 ISO 9001:2015 clauses. Adjustments were made to the business processes by adding three new business processes, which are: The Establishment of Policies, Targets, and Management Programs, Document and Records Control, and Internal Audit. Besides, quality system manual, 14 procedures, and 57 forms are designed to meet clauses that have not yet been met.
