Summary:In the Department of Electrical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, there are several courses that have regular assignments. This task is usually collected in the Electronic Administration room. Because of the large number of students and the small Electronic Administration room there is often a queue of students who want to collect assignments. The types of assignments collected in the Electronic Administration room are not just one, therefore sometimes there are students who are misplaced collecting assignments. There are also students who take photos of other people's assignments that have been collected to be used as cheat material. To overcome the problems above, we need a system that can collect assignments so that the queue does not occur for too long when collecting assignments, students collect their assignments where they should be, and there are no more cases of taking photos of assignments that have been collected. To minimize the time for assignments and students are not wrong in collecting assignments, a QR Code is used which will be scanned when collecting assignments. In this paper, the cover generator subsystem will be discussed which will create a QR Code that is implemented with a website, a subsystem scanner that will read a QR Code that is implemented with raspberry pi 3 B + and a raspberry pi camera, and a data processing module that will perform data processing that is implemented with the program which uses python.
