So it was made a tool where the device is in the form of a box with a system available in it to solve problems in the collection of tasks / homework (PR). This tool is called SIMPELS (Task Collection System). Simpels is a tool used in gathering assignments or homework for students to be more practical and safer in safeguarding the task file from taking irresponsible parties. In order for the task to be recognized by the tool, each front cover of the assignment file is equipped with a QR Code that contains information in the form of a name, NIM, course, class number, and homework sequence, which will be detected by the tool. This tool requires a subsystem in the form of a Power Management Unit to condition the input voltage, current and the amount of power to several components used in the system. There are two input voltage levels namely 5 volts and 12 volts so that the power source becomes the appropriate voltage for the components that will be used in this system. Furthermore, in this system there is also a doorstop that blocks the entry task if the task is not in accordance with the tool. The suitability between the task file and the tool is obtained from the QR Code contained in the task file. If the task file matches the tool, the door will open, conversely if the task file does not match the tool, the door will not open. In this system an enclosure / casing is also needed to accommodate the components, schematic circuitry, and student assignment files so that they can be stored safely. text
