Based on this understanding, Government agency initiates the digital economy project. Digital economy project is a digital platform that acts as an accelerator to emerging digital companies. Government agency partners with Water and Fire consulting firm to execute digital economy project, intends to expand to all countries in the world. The external analysis of digital economy project is analyzed using Porter’s Five Forces and the internal analysis of digital economy project using STP analysis. The two frameworks are summarized into SWOT analysis. After doing some analysis using several frameworks, the author will do interviews to related parties to get more insight from experienced people which involved in the project. There are several factors which slow down the continuity of the project. First, government agency took a long time to decide the design which has been developed by Rupakama Studio. Second, the agreement made earlier between government agency and Rupakama Studio is unclear. Third, the desire from digital companies to participate in the project is low. Lastly, the questionnaire that been given to digital companies cannot be generalized. The ways that can be done to solve the problem is to narrow the area coverage into Indonesia only. Second, those digital companies that will be approached don’t have to bear “unicorn” status. Third, there has to be custom questionnaire for each digital companies. Lastly, there also has to be a clear written agreement between government agency and Rupakama Studio. text |
