Organizational Behavior (OB) is a field of study that studies human interactions in organizations and their impact on organizational performance. The Human Development Index / Human Development Index is a comparative measurement of life expectancy, literacy, education and living standards for all countries around the world. The Paweluetan Cs Irrigation Area is administratively under the PJT II Binong Section. When viewed from government administration, the location of Paweuleutan Cs is in the area of Subang Regency. The area of land served by Paweuleutan Cs is 2,429 Ha covering 9 villages and 4 subdistricts. Fulfillment of water requirements for paweuleutan Cs is taken from Paweuleutan weir and SITT. To help with its water needs, there is a suplement that comes from the Cipunagara River. The condition and quality of water in the main water source in Paweuleutan Cs can be carried out in excess conditions both in the planting season I and II. While the growing season III is in sufficient condition with relatively uncontaminated water quality. For the results of the OB method research are produced: 1. Motivation: a. P3A Srijaya: 79.5% in the "Good" category. b. P3A Risen: 68.1% in the "Good Enough" category. c. P3A Gondang Jaya: 52.7% category "Not Good enough". 2. Leadership: a. P3A Srijaya: 78.2% in the "Good" category. b. P3A Rising: 68.4% in the "Good Enough" category. c. P3A Gondang Jaya: 53.2% in the category of "Pretty Bad". 3. Communication: a. P3A Srijaya: 78.2% in the "Good" category. b. P3A Risen: 68.0% in the "Good Enough" category. c. P3A Gondang Jaya: 54.5% in the "Not Bad" category. HDI Value and Land Productivity in Each District: a. District Binong P3A Srijaya and Bangkit : 67,56 b. District Tambakdahan P3A Gondang Jaya : 66,76
