Soybean can also be used as a source of animal feed that contains high nutrition. The increasing need for soybeans in Indonesia is not accompanied by an increase in soybean crop production, so imports are still needed. Giving tobacco extract as organic fertilizer can be used as an alternative solution to the problem. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of the concentration of tobacco plant extracts (Nicotiana tabacum) on protein levels of soybean plants (Glycine max L.) varieties of Grobogan, Devon 2, and Wilis. The study was conducted in the Village of Kutamandiri, Kec. Tanjung Sari, Kab. Sumedang in April-July 2019. The concentration of tobacco extract applied was 0 mL / L (t1), 1mL / L (t2), 2mL / L (t3), and 3 mL / L (t4). Spraying tobacco leaf extracts on soybean plants was carried out on soybean plants 21 HST, 35 HST, and 62 HST using a 2 liter sprayer. Data analysis using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was continued with continued LSD (Least Significance Difference) test at the 95% significance level. The results showed that tobacco leaf extracts gave the best results to the varieties of grobogan and devon 2 in the treatment of 2 mL / L (t3) and wilis in the control. text
