Description
Summary:PT Telkom Indonesia (Telkom) is a state-owned company that provides telecommunication and information services. Telkom operates mainly in 4 segments, that is mobile, consumer, enterprise & business, and wholesale & international business. In 2008, enterprise & business has increased its profit by 384,5% from the previous year. Telkom management sees this segment as a promising segment and hopes that its market share can continue to be improved. One of their delivery channels that connect Telkom subsidiary with the enterprise & business customer is a division of enterprise service (DES). In 2019, DES experience a decline in the average employee performance value of -4,64% compared to the previous year. Preliminary studies showed that DES employee has low occupational motivation and DES don’t have a tool to monitor and evaluate the motivational level of their employee. Therefore, this research aims to develop dashboard information systems that could help Telkom DES in monitoring and assisting in decision-making related to employee motivation levels to guarantee and improve employee performance. Data and information need by the dashboard will be obtained by using an engagement and burnout approach. This study uses the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) Model as a reference. The job demands studied are workload and work pace, while the job resources studied are recognition, possibilities for career development, sense of community, and role clarity. Data processing and further analysis were performed using partial least squared structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Based on the results of data processing, a dashboard is designed that suits the user’s needs and can answer all the user needs.
