Summary:Infrastructutre project has to had a good plan and design to ensure the construction process and function of the infrastructure reach its goal. One of the field of planning and design in this final assignment, Aula Konser Musik Pop Gedebage Bandung, is construction management plan and design of drainage channel. Construction management plan contain types of construction method that choosen to be used by a contractor , cost estimation, and project scheduling. Construction method that choosen to be used to construct Aula Konser Musik Pop Gedebage is top down construction. This decision is made due to the result of analysis in geothechnical engineering. In order to estimate the cost of the project, unit cost analysis is used base on the attachment in “Lampiran Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomor : 28/PRT/M/2016 Tentang Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Bidang Pekerjaan Umum”. Moreover, the coefficient and the formula in “Lampiran Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomor : 28/PRT/M/2016 Tentang Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Bidang Pekerjaan Umum” is used to calculate productivity of worker and heavy equipment. Furthermore, Microsoft Project 2016 is used to define the duration of the project and the overall resource allocation. The cost of the project is estimated Rp. 10.436.742/m2. The result of project scheduling show that 602 days is needed to execute the whole project starts on 13th February 2020 and finish on 14th January 2022. In water resource field, design of drainage channel, started by defining the rain station and calculation of 10 years periode of maximum daily rainfall to calculate the drainage dimension that need to accomodate the water. The result of drainage channel design is rectangular with 50 cm width and varies depth which is 20 cm, 30cm, 40 cm, and 50 cm around the building.
