Description
Summary:Indonesia is a country that has a lot of arts and culture. One of the most popular types of art is music. For this reason, a musical facility such as the Pop Music Concert Hall is needed. In the planning of this pop music concert hall a basement will be built, to build a basement the stability of the retaining wall and the foundations underneath need to be checked, so the strucutre may not be collapse. In this project, an excavation of 15.7 meters supported by a diaphragm wall system and selected basement plates. Analysis was performed with PLAXIS 2D with the Mohr-Coulomb soil model. The thickness of the diaphragm wall is 0.8 meters with a penetration depth of 19.3 meters. Selected basement plates were found at elevations of 0 m and -7.9 m. Bored pile foundations are used in this project. The pile capacities are calculated using Reese & Wright methods. Lateral bearing capacity of a single pile is calculated by LPILE software, analysis of the pile group by GROUP software, settlement analysis by manual calculation. The design of reinforcement of diaphragm foundations and walls follows the SNI 2847-2013 regulations on Procedures for Planning Concrete Structures for Buildings. Pile cap and tie beam are also checked according to internal forces.
