If the company does not want to change, then, the company is going to ruin.<p align="justify"> <br /> A process of transformation understood as a considerable process of change with respect to the nature, form and function of the company is a sort of choice made by the company to adapt to new changes occured. This transformasional process is not a simple one, for it requires considerable costs and sacrifices. The failure rate of transformational process can reach 50- 70 %. Kotter ( 1996) suggests that we use eight stages of Transformasional process to guarantee success in the implementation of the Transformasional process.<p align="justify"> <br /> This research was conducted in three state owned companies in Bandung, where 175 respondents were involved, 70 of whom were the management level and the rest 105 were the employees. Using the data analysis methods : Path Analysis and Norms there is a correlation between the transfonnasional stages and the transformasional successes. The companies adopting all stages of transformasional process in order and well managed application will gain high rate of success, the companies adopting moderate stages of transformasional process will gain moderate results as well. While the companies which do not adopt all the eight stages, or only seven of them or even lower will also gain lower rate of transformasional success.<p align="justify"> <br /> I recommend that companies undergoing transformational process follow the stages of transformasional in order with well managed application to minimize costs and sacrifices. text |
