Description
Summary:Road damage can cause additional costs for road maintenance and Vehicle Operating Costs (VOC) also can cause a decrease in road service life. Long travel time and increased VOC affect the increase in travel costs and cause productivity to be reduced. To determine the road pavement conditions, needs a tool that can show the results of road roughness and road damage, one of them is Hawkeye 2000. To calculate road user cost using the model from HDM-4 whose components consist of BOK and time values. The result of road user costs can be seen the relationship between road conditions that include values of road damage to the costs borne by the society. Then, an analysis of the benefits from road maintenance with indicators being used is Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). This study aims to analyze the condition of road pavement, predict pavement functional conditions, calculate user cost, and calculate economic benefits based on the do minimum and do something scenarios. Based on the results of the analysis of IRI values and road damage prediction per segment, do something scenario can restore its condition properly while the do minimum scenario can delay the increase in values faster. Do something scenario1 had a lower cost than other do something scenarios. In terms of road user costs, compared to other scenarios, scenario 1 has a lowest road user costs and road maintenance costs. In terms of the benefits of road maintenance, do something scenario shows the benefits, but when compared with other scenarios do something scenario 1 has a higher saving cost than other scenarios and is feasible to be implemented.
