<b>Abstract :</b><p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> This thesis is a research about the application of decision support system to decide the interconnection tariff model between Cellular network and PSTN network. Interconnection between network absolutly needed for each telecommunication service operator to increase service to customer and the potential market to a global market. <br /> <br /> This research will explain how the decision support system application to chose and decide the interconnection tariff model between network, to solve the unstructured interconnection problem. <br /> <br /> Research Method that used is a combine of modelling system theory and decision support system. <br /> <br /> Interconnection model tariff which proposed represent the simple condition, existing condition, and the trend of regulation changes in the future also its transition period. This research will show the analyse of the existing interconnection system base on the using of network component objectively. <br /> <br /> The decision making process will be processed by the application of decision support system - AHP which consider the interconnection expert opinion about models which proposed, and its decision criteria proportional, transparan, non discrimination, competition, and the easy of operation and its model will be apply in short term period. <br /> <br /> The result of decision interconnection tariff model is cost based plus risk model, where its model can support the fair competition between operator, and capable to connect the regulation changes because its give a tolerance to operator which have some risk.
