On average, passengers use the Jakarta MRT to reach 92 thousand people per day. Exceeds the initial target of 65 thousand people per day. but at the evaluation stage, and the operation of the Jakarta MRT from 22 March 2019 to December 2019, there were still deviant behaviors from station users who indicated that some Indonesian people, especially Jakarta, were not ready to accept the mode of transportation. Expressive behavior produces interactions that give rise to one's relationship with the product. In an effort to produce experience, the deconstruction theory is lifted with the aim of freeing the design from modernist understanding based on modern design principles such as form follow function, purity of form to stimulate visitor perception and produce an experience while in space. text
