Majalengka Regency is one of the regencies in West Java Province with an area of 1204.24 km2 or around 2.71% of the area of West Java province. On May 24, 2018 Kertajati International Airport was officially opened. It is hoped that the existence of Kertajati International Airport will have a big impact on the people there. Plus Majalengka Regency has a wide tourism potential. In rural areas in Majalengka Regency with mountain topography, the roads that must be traversed are uneven. In addition, the majority of the people there make a living as farmers. For agricultural needs, they need fertilizer and marketing of agricultural products which must be distributed from or to villages there. Because the people there have a great need but are constrained in terms of distribution, some people in the village who have enough capital to buy a car for the delivery of agricultural produce. But now many people in the village have capital and finally buy their own pickup trucks for distribution needs and so on, so now each village has an average of 20 pickup trucks, even though only 3 to 5 cars per day are needed, leaving the rest of the cars forced to work. Therefore, human empowerment and its facilities can be done for tourism needs in Majalengka Regency.
