DEVELOPMENT OF BUILDING INFORMATION MODEL FOR THREE DIMENSION CADASTRE WITH INDIGENOUS KNOWLEDGE “TRI HITA KARANA” CONCEPT IN BALI

Traditionally, cadastres are based on two-dimensional (2D) land registration and management presented and then had transition to three-dimensional (3D) cadastre because space requirements are increasing. Some researchers have discussed the 3D Cadastre transition and developed models to provide information and visualization in detail. One such model is the Building Information Model (BIM) which is a technology capable of displaying 3D building models with information in them and models with the format Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) are used for data sharing and can make new semantics objects or object oriented in accordance with model needs and information for 3D cadastre. In implementation of BIM, IFC, and 3D Cadastre models that were first introduced by researchers, it can be applied in Indonesia, however, consider several aspects, especially aspects of local wisdom or indigenous knowledge is important to add additional information to implementation of 3D cadastre thus it can explain the rights, restriction, and responsibility of land and space ownership that has been governed by policies from regulations based on local wisdom. In this research, combining methods between terrestris and photogrammetry survey, BIM technology, models with IFC format, and 3D cadastre based on indigenous knowledge with analysis and approach of right, restriction, responsibility (3R) with starting from the concept of Tri Hita Karana in Bali thus it can become strategy in developing 3D cadastre with BIM and Indigenous knowledge in Indonesia. This can be a prototype that can be implemented and qualified in the 2034 cadastre with six design element, survey accurate, object oriented, 3D/4D, Real Time, global cadastre, organic cadastre thus it can henceforth be called the future cadastre. text
