Summary:Prolanis is a chronic disease management program which was held to improve the effectiveness of treatment and improve the patient's life quality so that the complications of the disease can be prevented. One of the chronic diseases in the Prolanis program is DM (DM). The aim of this research is to determine the difference in the effectiveness of DM treatment in Prolanis and non-Prolanis patients that were seen from the fasting blood glucose levels (GDP), adherence to treatment, stress levels, physical activity, and diet. This research also determined the effect of treatment compliance, stress levels, physical activity, and diet against fasting blood glucose levels (GDP). The methods used in this study is descriptive analysis performed on the patient demographic data, the value of the IMT patients, use of smoking in patients DM, history DM, the DM therapies are used, komorbid disease, and the use of drugs other than DM drugs. The statistical analysis used data on fasting blood glucose levels (GDP) patients, treatment compliance, physical activity of the patient, the patient's stress level, and eating patterns of patients with the data capture period from January to April 2019. The source of the data used are primary data in the form of interviews of questionnaires that already validated and secondary data in the form of the book monitoring health status of Prolanis patient and blood sugar checks results card to patient non-Prolanis. The Introduction was carried out retrospectively to see the populations in observation. The research began with a preliminary study through data capture the number of patients in January to April 2019 uses the slovin's formula, and then retrieved the calculation results slovin 98 patients Prolanis and non-Prolanis, after did the research results obtained from 18 Prolanis patients and 99 non-Prolanis patients, which is dominated by women and elderly patients.
