An organization consists several units with different functions and levels forming a structured cooperation pattern leading to the formation of the organization\'s performance which is highly depend on the the performance and the cooperation of each individual unit.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
Organization Assesment [ OA ] is a research conducted in 1972 aimed at developing a framework to asses an organization. The framework identifies various organizational dimensions based on context, structure, and behaviour which are important to describe an organization\'s performance both as a whole, work unit and individual. The use framework summarized in Organization Assesment Instrument is in the form of questionnaire which is more operational.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
The writer conducted the research on work unit and on position at sub directorate of Administrative personel [KG Unit ] and sub directorate of traffic [KL Unit ].<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
Based on the result of the research it can be taken as a condusion that the established policy has so far been influencing the achievement of performance\'s target and employees\' satisfaction but not employees\' motivation yet. The company has not even met its employees\' satisfaction at work one factor that can meet it is a trust giving to the employees to have a bigger authority and resporsbility. The trust can be given once a better communication among the members and with the head of division which are supported by better individual quation establshed.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
Trust giving along with work standarization to avoid work process flow duplication, in one hand, highly support the achievement of company\'s effectiveness and efficiency. A too highly stricted standarization, however, in other hand, could barrier the acheement. Employees\' satisfaction can also be met by providing them with the chance of self actualization through job enrichment. Individual satisfaction will support the achievement of performance\'s target. One important thing that plays an influence on satisfaction, performance\'s target achievement and even motivation is a better rewards and incentives giving. Better incentives the company provides its employees with will approve their welfare |
