The comunnity structure of mangrove forest in this area was analyzed with seven example plots ( 1 plot : 200 m2). Then the Diameter Breast Height (130 cm from root) was measure with sureness of tree (diameter ? 20 cm) and sapling (diameter < 20 cm). And the data was analyzed with allometric method for estimation of biomass value, carbon stock, uptake of carbon dioxide by mangrove vegetation.Soil sampling take in plot with dimension 0.5 m x 0.5 m using core sampler in 3 diffrent location in study field. Measurement of soil carbon reffering to SNI 7724 year 2011 about “Measurement and Calculation carbon stock”. Vegetation analysis for a plant in this field give a result that Avicennia marina in tree group and Avicennia alba in sapling group denote a dominant species in nature park Angke Kapuk mangrove forest.the carbon that can stored by Nature park Angke Kapuk is 271.50 tons / ha while the amount of carbon dioxide that can be uptake is 428 tons / ha. The soil carbon that can be stored is 6 x 10-4 tons / ha. The species that stores the most carbon and uptake carbon dioxide is Rhizophora stylosa which is able to store 2x10-3 tons / tree and produce aboveground biomass of 5 x 10-3 tons / tree, and uptake of carbon dioxide is 8 x 10-3 tons / tree. text
