DATA ANALYSIS OF ROAD FUNCTION-FEASIBILITY FOR ROAD FUNCTION-FEASIBILITY AND ROAD SAFETY

In accordance to law which states that public roads operated after public roads met the requirements of technically road function-feasibility test that would give guarantee of safety and security for road users also administratively road function-feasibility test that would give legal certainty for the road users and road providers. The implementation of the road function-feasibility still constrainted by the subjectivity from occurring among road function-feasibility members tim in judging category of feasible.This happened because the right method to assessing the category of feasible was not clear while the survey form not explaining how to make an assessment category of the road function-feasibility. Follow up these problems an innovation form proposed a new method doing a road function-feasibility test that can be carried out easily and does not cause subjectivity from each members among the team so it can resulting category of feasible more detailed and more comprehensive. Inspite that, a road safety audit also used to implemented to assure a road safety. This needs to be undergone. A try if it is possible implement audit road safety with the data referenced from road function-feasibility data. The results of the research tells that doing a road function-feasibility test using the proposed new method made the assessment category of the road function-feasibility can be easier and more objective. Also the road safety audit using road function-feasibility data can’t be used because of less necessities.
