<p>Abstract:<p align=\"justifi\"> <br /> <br /> <br /> Beside the financing companies, one of the financial resources in a company is a part of the business that\'s not given out as dividend. To maintain the good value of the company as well as performance in the future, further study must be done on the use of this resource.<p align=\"justifi\"> <br /> <br /> <br /> In this thesis, it\'s found out that the internal financial source of PT. Aneka Tambang is Rp.20.943.000.000 or $8,377,200 (Rp.2500/$) and Rp. 572.770.000 or $.229,169,108 (Rp.2500/$) of public. This financial source is used to accommodate the building of FeNi III plant, FeNi I modernisation, PLTU, debt settlement, and renewal of \"Logam Mulia\" processing plant in Pongkor.<p align=\"justifi\"> <br /> <br /> <br /> There\'s been no problem in FeNi III plant, both technically and in marketing or management aspects. But concerning the current economic situation like today, this project appears to be not feasible financially. On the other hand the PLTU and FeNi I are very profitable.<p align=\"justifi\"> <br /> <br /> <br /> To maintain the company\'s growth and performance, the best thing to do is to keep four of the fifth projects going, and drop the FeNi III. As for the excess fund it can be used to settle the company\'s debts. For the long run, the company should apply for ISO 14000certification.
