Summary:In this globalization era, there are almost no companies, both sectors, and sub-sectors of business that can avoid the presence of information technology. By adopting an excellent transformational strategy, a company can increase its competitive advantage. Many consulting firms offer technology implementation services to guide companies in advancing business. One of them is Accenture Indonesia’s consulting firm, which focuses on business strategy, consulting, technology, and operations. On the consulting market, the amount of revenue that Accenture has in the Asia Pacific region is ranked fifth, below the Big Four as its competitors. Accenture income is around 50% of KPMG, which is rated one above the company. Looking at the data, Accenture Indonesia must implement a business strategy to increase market share so that it can get increased revenue. As a consulting service provider in the field of technology, Accenture is faced with a situation to focus on improving digital design and innovation capabilities. To explain the strategy carried out by Accenture Indonesia in increasing market share, an analysis was conducted in the SAP Implementation project by Accenture Indonesia. This project will describe the situation of PT. Bumi Cipta, one of the state-owned enterprise that require services from Accenture Indonesia. SAP is an integrated system to support optimal business processes needed by the company using resource planning. To help identify SAP implementation strategy with the condition of PT. Bumi Cipta, this research was conducted by interview and observation methods to Accenture Indonesia as a consulting service provider. The business strategy is formulated using Porter’s Generic Strategies. Differentiation strategy is the right choice for Accenture Indonesia to improve its competitiveness. Respond to Accenture Indonesia's business problems, the company must develop a strategy to increase its market share. Using a differentiation strategy, Accenture Indonesia can increase the uniqueness of its services in Indonesia. By offering options and completeness of service, it is expected to increase the company's income and competitiveness.
