This study aims to analyze the correlation between ECG signals in healthy subjects and the effect of cardio exercise (squats as much as 20 times in 40 seconds) on the frequency of ECG signals using statistical methods. ECG signal data were obtained from measurements on 6 healthy female subjects using Cobra4 Electrophysiology. Subjects were undergraduate students ranging in age from 19-22 years old and only exercised lightly. The process of recording ECG signals is done with several conditions, namely lying with/without gel in a relaxed state, lying with/without gel the hand electrodes are exchanged in a relaxed state, sitting with/without gel in a relaxed state and sitting with/without gel just after squat. Recording is carried out for 60 seconds for each condition. From the measurements obtained data with the format (. Msr and. Txt). The processing of ECG signal data is carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel software. The results of data processing are presented in tabular and graphical form. The statistical method uses the parameters of duration, amplitude, frequency and correlation. From this study, it was found that the correlation between ECG signals in one healthy subject was greatest in lying condition with gel in a resting position where the hand electrodes were exchanged at 0.976 ± 0.003 and the smallest in sitting position without gel just after squat was 0.952 ± 0.012. Parameters duration and amplitude can describe the numerical data characteristics of ECG signal samples. The frequency of ECG signals in one minute obtained for sitting without gel in a relaxed state is 80.93 ± 13.118, while after exercising is obtained 105.03 ± 11.471. It can be concluded that cardio exercise affects the frequency of ECG signals at length intervals between ECG signal patterns, but does not affect the duration and amplitude of the heart's PQRST waves. text
