Description
Summary:Parish of Santa Maria Fatima Sragen is a large parish in the Sragen region with a fairly wide area. The development of the congregation as well as limited pastoral staff becomes difficult if the status of the parish is only charged to the Santa Maria Fatima Parish, therefore Father Sapto Margono, Pr as one of the priests assigned to the parish revealed the parish's plan to divide the area to facilitate service to the people. Stasi Banyuning, Sidoharjo District, was chosen because of its strategic position and quite good development of the people. Areas that are quite remote make the use of materials and experts less. The main function to be designed is the Catholic Church as a religious building using the inculturation of local culture because the thickness of the area is still very pronounced. Banyuning Stations who work together in church construction, reflect that the development system still uses the "mutual cooperation" system. Inculturation of local culture with the characteristic of Sragen Catholics will be accommodated in the following design. This design is detailed, with the design of supporting functions as an advanced plan for the development of the Banyuning station area which will become a parish. The existence of this building is expected to change people's perception about the traditional Catholic Church only being formed informally and not having special characteristics that should be preserved.
