The need for the internet is one of the main needs to the society. In order to support the development of this era, it is necessary to have a wide and evenly distributed internet service throughout the country. Considering geographical conditions in Indonesia, BAKTI (Telecommunications and Information Accessibility Agency), as a government agency that has the authority to accelerate the distribution of internet services for 3T regions in Indonesia, will accelerate internet services in 3T regions using VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal). In order to do that, VSAT needs to connect with the existing internet network. The first step to do is configuring the VSAT Modem so that the VSAT system can be connected to the internet service provider. The current problem is the modem monitoring media that can be easily accessed by technicians and service users is not yet available which results in both technicians and service users not being able to monitor the modem. At the moment, the access to modem monitoring media is only owned by VSAT internet service providers that cannot provide free access to service users or technicians. The purpose of making the final project Operation Support System (OSS) is to overcome the existing problem which is to help reducing the occurrence of human errors while configuring modem by providing the required digital storage, and simplifying maintenance requests that will be requested by the users. The results of the OSS final project will be in the form of a mobile application that meets the objectives.
