In order to prevent the misguided broadcasted information, monitoring is needed from related institution, which is “Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia”. However, the method that used in term of radio station monitoring is still ineffective. The institution should visit every radio station that have problems, so it increased the time and expense costs significantly. To overcome these problems, a system that is able to remotely record all radio broadcasting stations is required. This system will be designed by writer and his partner. The designed system will be using SDR hardware as a radio broadcasting receiver. In difference with conventional receiver, SDR is able to be programmed and implemented by computer. By using SDR, the system hardware can be configured according to user’s desire in any time and any place. This system can monitor radio broadcasting in real-time mode or offline mode. SDR receiver in this system is programmed by using GNURadio software to run radio signal demodulation function which will be implemented in audio streaming and recording. To support remote monitoring system, this system can be accessed online by website. This system also supports GUI web browser as user interface for doing real time or offline monitoring. This user interface also allows the user to redirect to the cloud storage that stores all the recording file. The results show that this system is still not capable to do real time monitoring and radio recording in the same time. text
