Currently, the company faces four issues in its business operations, they are: (1) Improper performance monitoring; (2) Lack of HR management planning; (3) Lack of competent employee (talent); (4) Lack of HR management practice integration. This research aimed at to find out what HR model that is suitable to be used for PT. Cloud Hosting Indonesia. To solve the problem that are being faced by the company, writer will also analyze the current situation of the company to get a whole picture of both internal company situation as well as its external playing field to ensure that the created strategy will be able to help company survive and achieve their strategic goals. Tools that are being used to help writer mapping the company situation are EFAS and IFAS (with IE Matrix), BCG Framework, and SWOT Analysis. The research method that was used in this final project is descriptive analysis with qualitative approach, where data gathering was done by literature review, in-depth interview, and observation. Informant in this final project is company management. The analysis results show that business issues are mainly being caused by lack of proper HR management system that had its effects toward how company manages its employees, ranging in from different treatment in each division, unaligned KPI, as well as overlapping duties. These problems could be solved by the creation of integrated talent management model which was in accordance with company’ core values, company’ organization design, company strategy, and company’ human resource strategy. Besides that, model in this final project is based on eight principles, such as involvement of top management in talent management, including the talent mindset, the definition of talent management in the context of a particular organization, linking the talent management strategy with the organization strategy, linking the talent management strategy with the HR strategy, embedding talent management (TM) principles in the corporate culture, providing internal consistency - integration of TM activities, creating and dividing groups of the work positions according to the requirements for talents, and evolving and implementing TM practices. The proposed solution is created with great flexibility in mind so that the company could involving all of its employees in the final formulation of the system that will be implemented in the future. The company will also have to follow the implementation plan thoroughly so that the final formulation of the system will be in the best interest of every company employees. text |
