Summary:The development of information technology & communication media drive as well as the changing lifestyles of the society that quickly make a very significant business shift. One of the major changes in business shifts in courier service is the advent of online businesses or e-commerce. This is an opportunity for PT XYZ as a courier company, which is the largest company in providing courier services. The purpose of this research is to know the organization's readiness in the face of the changing online business or ecommerce that is happening today. Models for organizational readiness analysis of changes in online business or e-commerce researchers develop questionnaires from ADKAR, organizational capabilities, and organizational performance are elements awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, reinforcement, speed, innovation, strategic responsiveness, talent, efficient, engage people, using training & development, and focus on company business strategy. Researchers use the average matrix of score elements and score influences on organizational performance to determine the right solution to a business problem that occurs. The results of this study indicated that PT XYZ has a relationship or cooperation with the e-commerce company has not as wide as other private companies. To ensure that PT XYZ is ready in the face of changing online business or e-commerce, PT XYZ should expand relations or cooperation with e-commerce companies by offering other types of services such as XYZ Express and regular XYZ parcel to all e-commerce.
