The design and analysis process carried out on the pipeline becomes very important so that there is no failure during operating conditions. In this Final Project, an Onshore Pipeline design process will be carried out for two fluid phases, liquid and gas. The design process is carried out for three design conditions: installation, operating, and hydrotest conditions. A series of design processes begin with the pipeline coating selection, the pipeline wall thickness selection, the calculation of concrete support thickness. The pipe thickness design process will use the ASME B31.4 - 2019 for Liquid Pipelines and the ASME B31.8 - 2018 for Gas Trunk Line. The process of calculating of concrete support will use the DNV RP E305-1988 standard. In addition to the design process, a series of analysis processes on the pipeline are also carried out in the form of thermal end expansion analysis, and road crossing analysis based on API RP 1102 - 2007. After the design and analysis process is carried out, the pipe modeling process will be carried out using Caesar II 2014. From the results of the design and analysis process, a Liquid Pipeline with outer diameter of 6,625 inch with a wall thickness of 0.083 inch, and a casing specification of 8,625 inch with wall thickness of 0.322 inch and a Gas Trunk Line with an outer diameter of 20 inch with a wall thickness of 0.375 in, and a casing specification of 22 in with wall thickness of 0.375 in. text
