In building a construction, the first work done is foundation work (lower structure). This building will be built on cohesive soil type with a layer of rock at a depth of 14 m from the ground surface. Therefore, the type of foundation used is bored pile so that it can transfer load given by upper structure. The design of the foundation is based on SNI 8460-2017 while the reinforcement is based on SNI 2847-2017. The bored pile is designed to be able to withstand structural loads and soil consolidation. The consolidation that takes place must occur simultaneously so that it requires a tie beam structure that designed based on SNI 2847-2019. Modelling process of foundation is done by using Group application while reinforcement and tie beam designing is done by using SPColumn application. After designing process is done, diameter design result was obtained for bored pile are 800 mm and 1000 mm with a safety factor of 2.5, while design result for tie beam is 600x800 mm. text |

Sultan Thaha Airport Passenger Terminal will be built near the location of
the old airport structure. In building a construction, the first work done is

The design of the foundation is based on SNI 8460-2017 while the reinforcement is
based on SNI 2847-2017. The bored pile is designed to be able to withstand
