Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Data Compendium (DATCOM) are utilised as data entry software. The flying conditions are tested at the speed of 24 m/s and the altitude of 2000 feet above ground level, along with its flying performance that generates aircraft models and graphs of the calculation. Furthermore, this thesis compares the results with similar aircraft data. The research expects to obtain aerodynamic performance and good flight performance from the GL-1 glider, in which further research are expected to develop. text |
