This unmanaged pile then has the potential to become a problem in the community such as diseases, floods. Housewives, as one part of the society related to household waste, have an influence in overcoming this problem through reducing the use of household waste, especially plastic bags. The design of this campaign aims to determine the problems that occur in housewives so that researchers can develop appropriate strategies so that housewives can reduce plastic bags. The method used in this research was Focus Group Discussion. The results are that housewives do have the awareness of reducing plastic waste, but are not capable because of habits. This Campaign design encourages housewives to participate by using their fear and family motivation. Through this campaign, it is hoped that housewives can actively participate in reducing the use of disposable plastic waste. text
