Good services are needed to comply with the performance of the function of land development. Starting at the aspect of transportation, the ongoing development of the airport landside is important including designing the expansion of passengers terminal and parking layout, analyzing the traffic impact at the airport gate, and designing the road pavement structure and parking lot. Designing will be referred to the criteria fixed by the regulation standard of domestic and overseas, such as SNI 03-7046-2004, SKEP 77/VI/2005, Pedoman Parkir, MKJI 1997, AASHTO, and ACI. SPSS and Microsoft Excel are software to be used on forecasting and counting. Through 20th annual year planning on forecasting passenger, the result of peak hour passengers is 2129 persons. Underlying by the situation, the expansions are needed on several rooms of passengers terminal. The visitors parking for four-wheel vehicle and motorcycle distributively need 749 and 89 parking lots with three counters in the entrance and six counters in the exit of the airport. Degree of saturation (DS) of a roundabout in planning year is 1,54 hence a recommendation is proposed to allocate the traffic flow towards the alternative road and to construct a 100 meters additional pathway. Designing a jointed concrete pavement without reinforcement (JPCP) with slab thickness 21 cm and 12 cm on the access road and the parking lot is needed. text |
