EP Raw Mill Plant 12 handles flue gas from raw mill and kilns. Raw materials in the raw mill and kilns fluctuates in accordance with the Quality Control regulation and it causes degradation EP's ability to reduce particulate concentrations. In addition, coal and Alternative Fuel and Raw Materials (AFR) used as a fuel for kiln which causes high particulate resistivity. Concentration of particulate emission does not meet the standard for cement industry as listed in the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation (LHK) No. 19 of 2017. The problem is evidenced within EP efficiency has decreased to 99.80% from initial planning which it should be able to reach 99.95%. Therefore, this problem can be overcome by redesigning the existing air pollution control system with Compartmented pulse jet baghouse filter with the minimum efficiency 99.93% for best suits unit for facing the fluctuation of the flue gas condition. The fabric material used is Polyester (Dacron) with inlet flow of the flue gas 19.273 m3/minutes dan inlet concentration 118,154 g/m3. text
