The establishment of this policy les to an increase in ojek online rates. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the changes in the characteristics of movement using ojek online and changes in user’s perceptions of ojek online’s services, as well as the effect of tariff changes in the frequency of ojek online’s use. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan no 348 Tahun 2019 on the use of ojek online. Data that needed for this study is obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods, associations statisctical analysys, and inferential statistical analysis. The result of this study shows that the application of the policy is less effective because one of the policy objectives, which is the improvement of services quality experienced by users does not improved. The assessment of service quality has increased very low and the majority of public perception is that there is no change in the quality of ojek online services after the application of the policy. Meanwhile, there are indications of achieving the other objective, which is improving the welfare of ojek online drivers because there is an increase in the average weekly cost inccured by ojek online users, but there is a decrease in the frequency of the use of ojek online users. text |
