<b>Abstract:<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Certification of production aircraft is constituted a process to get certificate from the authority. As beginning, a certificate that is our goal is a model certificate, which is established by DGAC Department of Transport of Republic of Indonesia. In an actually a process of certification is a trace of control configuration. Controlling configuration has been done to be guarantied that all materials, equipment, and assembling in the whole products which fulfilled conditional regulations and functional to performance what has to be performed.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Scheduling as a part of analysis of a network is to be used to plan a process of certification. With a realistic scheduling and a progress status that managed every time, we could predicted a level of readiness to get such certificate. After that followed by analysis critical path, we get activities, which could be critical and a bottleneck activities.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> An activity of procurement materials, which is one of activities on critical path, is chosen to analysis more deeply. This activity concern many involved divisions, from planning aircraft design to assembling aircraft.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> According to depth analysis of procurement materials which pay attention every bottleneck and weakness of such task, we could improve our activities to heighten the reliable of scheduling certification.
