Summary:The development of housing area Citra Maja Raya Phase 3 has an area of 179,64 Ha. The development of the area must pay attention to environmental aspects by means of sustainable drainage system. This drainage system planning includes alternative selection, drainage system design, and inundation simulation. Selection of alternatives using the weight sum method with the selected pathway is alternative 1 and the selected water conservation effort is alternative 2 using infiltration wells. The design of the drainage system refers to the Department of Public Works PD. T-02-2006 concerning Planning of Road Drainage System, obtained dimensions of open channels ranging from 0,3 x 0,4 meters to 3,7 x 4,2 meters, culverts made of concrete buis with a diameter of 0,3-1,5 meters and made from box culvert with a diameter of 0,6-3 meters, the number of street inlets as much as 1451 pieces, and infiltration wells with dimensions of 1x1 meters with a depth of 2,3 meters. Inundation simulation uses SWMM 5.1 software tools to see the potential of inundation under various plan conditions, at this time no inundation was found.
