Currently many companies have implemented ERP systems, but there are previous studies that state that almost 50% of ERP projects are considered unsuccessful or not achieving targets, specifically in the post-project phase. The technology acceptance model is widely used to study this problem. As technology develops, factors that influence technology acceptance also expanded. This study will focus on technology acceptance models thorugh a value-based approach with dependent construct continuous extended use. This model was built using the basic model of value-based adoption model (VAM) - expectation confirmation model (ECM) and updating the components of perceived benefit and perceived sacrifice, then adding the perceived quality and leadership antecedents. In this study, data processing was carried out using 96 data from PT X respondents, an integrated pulp producer from the plantation to paper production. PT X has been using an ERP system since 2000. The statistical method used is PLS-SEM, which is useful for generating predictive models of technology use with a value-based approach. The results of this study concluded that perceived value and satisfaction are the predictors for continuance extended use, then perceived risk as a component of perceived sacrifice, Affect and Productivity Improvement as a component of perceived benefit can be used as a predictor for continuous extended use through the perceived value construct. The perceived quality factor is proven to have an indirect effect on perceived value, while transformational leadership have a non significant effect. text
