Description
Summary:Indonesia is the 5th largest country of world-cultivating white shrimp production. Currently, the cultivation process is still conventional, they still do nursery along with growing process in open ponds. This condition influences the success of cultivation process which are the decreasing of survival, the increasing of various size, and the increasing of the potential of getting infected since the first phase of stocking up post larvae. To diminish the impact of three problems aforementioned, this research is aiming to evaluate the process of white shrimp nursery with private technology, controllable biofloc technology. According to the previous research, the best variation of microbes in the production of ex-situ biofloc consist of probiotic Bacillus cereus, B. megaterium, microalgae Chaetoceros calcitrans, and ????????????????????f???????????????? bac????e????????a c???????????????????????????????????? ???????????????? 1:1:6:9 ????a????????????. I???????????? d????ffe????e???????? ???????????????? c???????????????????? b????????f????????c ????????a???? ???????? made in in-situ or direct in the cultivating ponds, ex-situ biofloc is made in a special tank outside the ponds. In this research, ex-situ biofloc will be applied in the larger scale to observe the affectivity on the cultural performance of white shrimp and dynamic microbe community profile, compared with the treatment of non-biofloc control in 25 days of shrimp nursery with low maternity process on laboratory with the volume of cultural tank 100 L indoor. The result of this research shows the increasing of ex-situ biofloc gives the biomass shrimp total (5,8 ± 0,4 gr) and feed conversion ratio (0,90 ± 0,06) more optimal compared to another treatment. Moreover, the analytical result of microbe community shows the increasing of ex-situ biofloc gives the bacteria in shrimp total (104????105 cfu/gr) while the growth of Vibrio in shrimp (102????104 cfu/gr). In general, this research shows that the application of ex-situ biofloc on shrimp nursery has potential to increase the productivity of shrimp by maintaining the quality of water and increase heterotrophs microbe community profile.
