Its implmentation was conducted using Delphi version 3.0 within the scope of the Windows operating system.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> In this SPKObCiD system, the detection of the side of all objects in the image was made by Prewitt filter. With the filter, an object was recognized according to the environment of the object that make outer side of the object.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> In order to recognize the congruent objects within their images, it is necessary to perform rotational, translational, and dilatational operation, because it is posible that two objects are congruent but differ in size and layout. text |
