Cargo transportation of third-party logistics with B2B client using truck has the need of reporting and documentation about transportation logistics activities. Manual reporting system makes difficult to examine entire information that being reported. Automatic reporting system can be developed to automate reporting and documentation of partial transportation logistics activities. Blockchain technology can be used to document transportation logistics activities with immutable data to ease the examination of data in form of history. Telegram Bot can be used to make automatic reporting in form of chat notifications. Automatic reporting system for transportation logistics activities has been successfully developed based on blockchain technology and Telegram Bot. The examination of stored data in system can be done by retrieving the history on blockchain with truck location information which is taking orders. Automatic reporting successfully ran in form of Telegram chat notifications. Further development can be done to handle other transportation logistics activities by improving the performance of blockchain and adding more features to Telegram Bot. Keywords text
