However, there is a problem encountered by Pangandaran Beach where there is a decrease in the number of tourists which is obtained based on data from BPS. This study aims to determine the characteristic of tourists who interested to revisit Pangandaran Beach and the impact of tourists’ perception and motivation simultaneously and partially against the interest to revisit Pangandaran Beach. The methods that are used in collecting data were primary data and secondary data. The method that is used in the sampling was a purposive sampling technique with the population in this study were tourists who had visit Pangandaran Beach within the past 4 years, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis, crosstabs analysis, and multiple regression analysis techniques. The result of this study indicates that tourists’ perception and motivation simultaneously impacted the tourists’ interest to revisit Pangandaran Beach, tourists’s perception significantly impacted the tourists’s interest to revisit Pangandaran Beach, and tourists’ motivation significantly impacted the tourists’ interest to revisit Pangandaran Beach. So that the management of Pangandaran Beach needs to pay more attention to the perception and motivation of the tourist who visited the destination so that the management can further develop and improve their management of Pangandaran Beach text
