<b></i>Abstract : </b><i><p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Public Works Office of Human Settlement of Bandung Regency is one of technical institution of Local Government. The Office has responsibility in regulating, directing and controlling on implementation of Basic Infrastructure and Utilities development. In every year, the Office has to cunduct an annual program or project that are collected from each proposal of Sub-Regency. These activities are realization of planning that including in a Local of Basic Pattern Development and Local Five Year Development Program. <br /> <p align=\"justify\"> <br /> <br /> Regarding of limitation on financial sources, the Office has to have an ability in formulating of program or project based on clearly policy and scale of priority. The goal of the activity is to avoid inefficiency and misloading of development budget. <br /> <p align=\"justify\"> <br /> <br /> As an example case, 20 project proposals are being formulated in hierarchy ang weighted on relative necessary. The method in analytical process is using a computer program application of \"Expert Choice\". The output of this analyses is a hierarchy or list and its weight of supplying Basic Infrastructure project. <br /> <p align=\"justify\"> <br /> <br /> The weighting process is doing to proposal project those are being proposed in framework of Work Area Development Unit on sub-Regency Area level. The processes are using assumption that each project drive\'s is independent and without relative in each other. The project drive\'s is not influence to or not being influenced by the other. The weighting process to those projects is comprehensive. The values of output a weighting priority is comparison yield of weighting priority to all of projects involved on supplying of Basic Infrastructure project.
