In this research, the main focus is on smart home technology as a specific field in the wide IoT sector. This can simply be defined as a system made up of hardware such as sensors and switches that can be automatically or remotely managed and controlled through devices and devices via websites or mobile apps. Various advantages can be obtained by adopting smart homes such as controlling electronics remotely by using movement sensors so that the energy use is more effective. As far as profit is concerned, electrical efficiency obviously has a direct effect on the numbers printed on the monthly electricity bill. Therefore, the research focuses on analyzing the acceptance of smart home technology potential smart home technology users in the office sector, as one of the B2B sectors that is concerned about resource efficiency, including electricity energy efficiency. This research analyzes factors that influence the behavioural intention to use smart home technology in Indonesia's offices using perceived value variable and UTAUT model, which contains four independent variables of performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), social influence (SI), and facilitating conditions (FC). The approach used in this study is quantitative by circulating online questionnaires to obtain data from 260 people who meet the criteria. Multiple Linear Regression is used for data processing. The findings show that the behavioral intention is significantly influenced by four separate variables of perceived value, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. While performance expectancy is found to be not significant on the behavioral intention to use smart home technology.
