As a result the sensitivity of such structures to the natural wind should be taken into consideration and many studies in wind engineering have been carried out including the interaction between wind and structural motion. <br /> <br /> The bridge deck is modeled as a typical section hanged on the two-spring represent the flexion and torsion rigidity, so that 2 degree of freedom system can be established Airflow around the deck, which assumes as the thin rigid airfoil, is 2 dimension. Therefore the aerodynamic load will be obtain by using the doublet point method and pade approximation. Thanks to power bondgraph technique and matlab simulink the dynamic system of the deck can be simulate easily. <br /> <br /> The displacement at the observation point due to the aerodynamic loads will be obtained directly. For the other point at the strip model, the displacement can be obtained by simple calculation. <br /> <br /> The flutter limit speed obtained by observing the displacement for the several wind speeds. <br /> <br /> Vertical turbulence wind speeds realize by build the gust filter based on the mathematics model, random density 2 or sinusoidal. text
