Summary:People with disabilities also have the same abilities as non-disabled people. To find out the performance of employees with disabilities, an interview with the decision maker of the company is needed. Research needs to be done about the differences in the performance of disabled employees and non-disabled employees. The results of the research will be used to create models from the Hear Me Apps feature to make it easier for disabled to work. The company that will be interviewed is Grab Company. Grab is a disability-friendly company that employs disabled. The author's focus is on knowing the performance of employees with disabilities, specifically deafness.
