The increase in the number of workers in Kota Jababeka affects the increasing need for housing so that it is necessary to build an apartment that can meet their needs. Workers tend to be busy working that makes a decline in quality of life. Based on this, it is necessary to provide a facility as a medium to improve the quality of life. The apartment is a high-end apartment. The apartment's site is in an area of 1.7 Ha in the Movieland area of Kota Jababeka. This apartment consists of a podium and two towers. The primary concept of the project is Making a Life. The results of the analysis that has been done on several aspects including the initiator, user, function, and site become the basis for concept retrieval. Some of the issues that drive the emergence of the concept are issues of function, site, and improvement of quality of life. Function issues are derived from the analysis of user and function. The issue focuses on the division of zoning and circulation in the building as well as the fulfillment of the saleable area. Site issues are derived from the results of the analysis of the site. The site issues focus on the response of building design to the site that affects the orientation of the building, building facade, and site development strategies. In addition to these issues, there is an issue of improving the quality of life. The issue of improving the quality of life focuses on user comfort. The improvement of quality of life is realized by the provision of facilities that are able to encourage social interaction between users and provide a relaxing effect for users.
