Summary:<b>Abstract :</b><p align=\"justify\">Superalloy is a material which has base material such as of nickel, cobalt, or Ni-Fe. The advantage of this material is that it has good corrosion resistance, good fatigue life, and high strength at elevated temperatures.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> At this case, two base materials , nickel based material (AMS 5869 - Inconel 625) and Cobalt based material (AMS 5537 - L 605) were welded together using TIG welding process. The filler metal was taken from both base materials with different percentages (Ni:Co, 3:1, 1:1, and 1:3) and welding processes were conducted using different heat input.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> This research focused on the hardness and strength of the weldment and Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) as well as the effect of heat input and percentage of filler metal composition.
