Description
Summary:As the capital city of Indonesia and the largest city in Indonesia, Jakarta is known as the largest business and trade center in Indonesia. This has led to the development of office buildings, such as the offices of BUMN, private companies and foreign companies, to accelerate in Indonesia, especially in the region of Jakarta. Entrepreneurs and companies who want to invest certainly need a space so that their business and trade activities can be carried out well, especially people from outside the city and abroad who need hotel services during their activities in Jakarta region. With the project area of approximately 9,380 square meters, this business hotel is located in Letjen S. Parman Street, Slipi, Palmerah, West Jakarta, where the area is dominated by commercial buildings. This business hotel is planned to be able to accommodate business activities carried out by hotel guests, including hotel services, food and beverage services, activity support facilities and recreational facilities. The main concept of the hotel design is ‘efficiency in hospitality’, which is the application of efficiency in building that involves the use and occupancy of guests and visitors. This efficiency is divided into three, which are space efficiency, energy efficiency and cost efficiency. This concept was brought into design in response to a major issue in this modern era, namely eco-friendly issue. By implementing the concept of efficiency, the building can reduce energy use, maintain green open space quality and land-use policies, and reduce construction, operational and maintenance costs. In addition, concepts related to the creation of a social sphere, privacy, availability of facilities, and aesthetics of space are also presented to improve the quality of business hotels. With these concepts, the hotel could present great business opportunities and profits with efficient design and finance management and also contribute in creating environmental friendliness.
