Therefore, further research of its subsurface structure is needed to determine its potential benefits and dangers. Magnetotelluric method (MT) is one of geophysics methods to predict the subsurface structure of a field. MT method utilizes electromagnetic waves to determine the subsurface resistivity distribution. Resistivity distribution can be used to predict the subsurface structure of a field. In this final project, 1D and 2D inversions are performed on Mt. Tangkuban Perahu field’s data measurement results to get the resistivity distribution. The inversion results interpretations of subsurface structure of Mt. Tangkuban Perahu. text
