Summary:Pit Bendili is one pit owned by PT. KPC where mining is conducted by KPC itself under the Bintang Department. In this area, overburden transportation uses Truck Liebherr T282B, Euclid EH5000, EH4500, Cat789B, and Cat785C. This research is focused on the analysis of fuel burn rate (FBR) of Truck Liebherr T282B and Euclid EH4500. Due to the case that, fuel consumption for the Liebherr T282B and Euclid EH4500 on April 2012 has exceeded the planned fuel budget 297,483.35 Litre which similar to $ 324,256.85 / Month (assuming Fuel Price = $ 1.09/litre). For the analysis, equation expressing the corelation between FBR and hauling profile parameter is established. Considering that the equation is multivariate function so have to be done Classical Statistic Testing, consist of (Normality Test, Test Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test) and the statistical hypothesis testing for each test parameters is carried out first in order to determine the effect of each partially parameters and the influence of all parameters simultaneously. The equation of fuel burn rate for each type truck is given as follow: FBR Liebherr T282B (lt/hr) = 19,5106 + 0,0059 * Jarak (m) + 5,7502 * Grade (%) + 0,3886 * Payload (ton) FBR Euclid EH4500 (lt/hr) = 45,9661 + 0,0074* Jarak (m) + 6,2901 * Grade (%) + 0,2065 * Payload (ton) The results analysis are that every 1% increasing in grade, the FBR value will increase of 5.75 litre / hr (3.1% increased from FBR target) for truck Liebherr T282B and 6.29 litre / hr (4% increased from FBR target) for truck Euclid EH4500, each 500 m increasing in distance, The FBR value will increase $ 2.96 litre / hr (1.6% increased from the target FBR) for truck Liebherr T282B and 3.74 litre / hr (2.4% increased from the target FBR) for truck Euclid EH4500, 5 tons increasing, the value of FBR will increase of 1.94 litre / hr (1.05% added from the target FBR) for truck Liebherr T282B and 1,03 litre / hr (0.7% added from the target FBR) for truck Euclid EH4500. Related to fuel ratio, truck Liebherr T282B has more consumptive than truck Euclid EH4500,so if there is 1% increasing in grade, there will be increase the fuel ratio (litre/ bcm) of 0.054 litre / bcm for truck Liebherr T282B and 0.047 litre / bcm for truck Euclid EH4500.
